The Surrender Process
A guided group experience for men to explore surrender, desire and boundaries in a safe, non-judgmental space. Through meditation, energy work, intuitive touch and reflection, the process invites the body to release control and meet the unknown with curiosity
01 — The invitation
Imagine yourself lying down on your back, blindfolded. There’s music in the background but you haven’t heard it before. It’s different.
Others, just like you, are in the exact same situation.
There’s a powerful woman in the space. She’s the only one standing, walking, seeing.
She’s moves through the room window unusual sensitivity , responding to things nobody else can see.
You hear her footsteps next to you, your heart starts beating faster.
Will she approach you ?
Suddenly, a man next to you lets out a deep groan. And another.
You don’t know what happened, you can’t see anything. All you can do is lie down, waiting.
Anticipating.
When will she come?
You can’t control anything.
You are present but in a dreamlike state.
Another sound from across the room sends shivers down your spine.
She asks a question to the space and you start reflecting on it. Suddenly, she comes closer. You can sense her. Now you can even physically feel her. She’s right there, above you.
Then she…
What will she do ?
There’s only one way to find out.
Come, lie down and surrender.
02 — What it is
You still don’t understand what it is but you felt it in your body. Now let me explain in a language that is acceptable to your mind.
I am Goddess Gaia Art aka The Wild Mother. I’ve been working with bodies, energy and human psyche for 11 years.
I am creating a brand new experience combining guided meditation, energy work, intuitive touch, psychological reflection and ritual.
This isn’t a play party, therapy session or a traditional workshop.
It lives somewhere between energy work, ritual and conscious kink.
It’s a group session in which participants lie down and surrender into an experience I’ve created.
My role is to hold the field and men in it.
03 — The process
At the beginning there’s an opening circle and a short guided meditation to open the field. No previous experience is necessary.
Then, participants will be required to write down the list of their desires and boundaries.
Each person will keep the list next to them in the main part of the process so I am aware of what you would like to experience and what boundaries to honour. It is a safe space and I’ll never cross anybody’s boundaries.
You may or may not experience what you’ve written. Every session unfolds differently. I listen to the collective energy and my own intuition.
For this proccess, I call in the energy of CURIOSITY.
To be open, explore and be excited about the unknown.
The process invites men to explore their kinks and desires in a safe, non-judgmental space. It offers an opportunity to challenge beliefs that keep them disconnected from themselves, move stagnant energy, process emotions, and experience something unfamiliar with curiosity rather than shame.
04 — Community
A big part of it is a sense of community and belonging. A place where men discover they are not alone
A space in which they can be themselves and connect to their authenticity. Get a feeling of being understood.
I have been facilitating group sessions and witnessed really incredible transformations in people.
Now, I am taking it on a next level.
I believe this is the first workshop of this kind and I am excited to meet the first group of men who will participate.
I intend to create a community.
This process has many layers and each session is different so I would like it to be a continuous journey and a good way to build a strong community.
