You chose wisely.

Being witnessed through your journey can help you to go deeper.

Each night, after you listen, you’ll have space to write to me.

You could include what you noticed, what you resisted, what you’re carrying, or what you’re beginning to see differently. If you create any typ of art, I encorage you to include it too if you wish.

I am not here to judge you. I will truly enjoy reading your reflections as I deeply care about people who enter my space.

Putting your experience into words can make it harder to hide from yourself. And letting another person read those words can bring a quiet sense of being seen as you are, in the middle of the work, not only once you have a neat answer or a finished story to tell.

You don’t need to write beautifully or share anything you aren’t ready to share.
There’s no right way to reflect.

I will read what you send. I won’t reply to every reflection, and this isn’t ongoing coaching or a conversation by email. If something in your words moves me to respond, I may. The witnessing itself is in the care and attention I bring to reading what you choose to share.
