THE FIRST FIRE
A place where a man can finally stop pretending he is not hurting.
7 Nights at The Fire
A seven-night immersive audio journey through story, guided inner work, reflection, body and ritual.

This offering was created primarily for men who are tired of hiding from themselves.
You can stop running now

An invitation
You do not need any previous experience or skills.
I understand you might be tired, busy, or overwhelmed.
This is not another task to tick off your “to do” list.
I purposely created it to be very easy to participate in- so it feels easy to begin, even when you don't have much energy left.
Imagine yourself slowly being drawn deeper and deeper into this world, having that special moment for yourself each evening to sit or lie down with no distractions.
Just my voice and your attention turning inwards.
It is a space to give yourself some of the time and attention you so often give elsewhere.
As you listen and participate, notice what begins to change in you and what you want to carry into your everyday life.

Is it for you?
This may be for you if...
You are tired of carrying everything alone.
You know there are parts of yourself that you avoid looking at.
You are exhausted by the cycle of hiding, judging yourself, promising to change, and ending up in the same place again.
You want more honesty and integrity in your life.
You want to feel less divided within yourself.
You are willing to be curious about what is underneath your shame instead of fighting it.

What this is NOT
Another performance.
This is not about becoming more dominant, more spiritual, more masculine, or more impressive.
Creating another identity to perform
It is not another ''self development'' program that will leave you even more depleted.
What you will receive
Seven audio transmissions.
Seven reflections.
Simple practices to bring awareness into the body and daily life.
A closing ritual and personal vow.
You can move through the journey in your own time and in the privacy of your own space.

Night 2: The Hidden Room
Some things have been waiting a very long time to be spoken.
Night 3: The Cost
What remains hidden does not disappear. It asks for payment in other ways.

The part you fight the hardest may once have been the part that saved you.
Night 5: The Wound
Beneath shame and guilt there is often something that simply wanted to be loved.
Night 6: The Return

Desire, sensation, energy.
The fire gets hotter here.
Night 7: The Vow
Real change rarely begins with a grand promise. One honest step is enough.
You will be ready to find and make your vow.
You do not need to know everything that waits by the fire.
You will discover what is there for you as you keep returning.

Why I created this ?
I created The First Fire after working closely with men for over 11 years.
I held space for them, listened to their stories and tried my best to help with their pain. My access point was always their bodies- I could create deep trust with my touch. They felt safe and started opening up as they recognised my intentions beyond words.
Many men are too ashamed to talk about their pain and ask for help. They don't want to be a ''burden''. They feel they must always hold it together.
When they are finally held in a safe space, something cracks open and they begin to share things they have carried alone for years
Every time it happens I witness a profound relief.
''Finally, somebody knows, somebody sees me and my pain.
Somebody knows my secrets and my shame.''
Underneath the shame, the secrecy, the compulsions, and self-sabotage, there is usually a human being who is simply trying to protect something
I felt compassion and truly cared about them.
At the same time, in my personal life I was severely hurt by men.
When I was younger, like many other girls and women I experienced numerous violations from men that left me traumatised. But these experiences pushed me to start my ongoing healing journey.
Then, I had my first soul-crushing disappointment when the father of my first daughter kept choosing to escape all responsibilities. Eventually, I had to make the painful decision to leave, letting go of the family life I had hoped for. The grief was profound.
Then I became a mother once more, trusting that maybe this time my children and I would be loved, cherished and honoured.
Instead, I found myself living among lies, secrecy and betrayals throughout my relationship, pregnancy and after birth.
Yet even through that pain, I could see more than the hurt these men caused. I saw their wounds, their fear, and the parts of themselves they had never faced.
Understanding them did not make their choices acceptable. But it deepened a question I had already been carrying through my work:
Who is guiding men into maturity? Who is helping them understand what it means to carry responsibility, live by their values and be accountable for the impact they have on others?
Many men move through the world without a meaningful initiation into manhood. There is often no clear moment that requires them to pause, look honestly at themselves and consciously choose the man they want to become.
The messages around them can be painfully confused.
A man who treats women with respect can be mocked as a “simp”, while a man who uses and objectifies women can be praised as an “alpha”.
I want to see us honour men for their integrity, emotional maturity, courage to tell the truth, to keep their word and care deeply.
Through everything, my desire to help men remained.
It would be easy to simply turn away from men. But this is not my path.
I love men.
I truly believe we need men.
Men are so valuable in this world, just as women are.
We are not enemies.
I chose to turn my hurt into art.
To alchemise it into something that could help both men and women.
I do not want to see men falling.
I want to see them rising, reclaiming their power and directing it towards something worthy.
I want to see men who can love honestly, act with care and take responsibility when they cause harm.
I have two daughters.
If I can contribute to a world where they are met with greater honesty, care and respect, I must try.
And it starts with me and you.
Let me guide you.
My deepest intention is to help you live in a way you can be truly proud of.
The world needs you.
Your guide
The woman who keeps the fire is your guide throughout this process.
She emerged as a result of my personal and professional experiences as I was undergoing the shift from working with men in 1:1 sessions to becoming a guide that facilitates transformation in this new form, accessible to more people.
She revealed herself as The Wild Mother.
I am in a process of constant shedding, adjusting and aligning myself with this work. As a cyclical being- a woman- I am always changing and adapting to internal and external forces that move through me.
I won't describe The Wild Mother here. She likes to remain quite mysterious. You can get to know her if you choose to approach the fire.
