Yesterday, you listened to The Wound. Today, before you continue, take a moment with what stayed with you.

Did anything from the recording remain with you through the day?

How did you feel in your body afterwards: quiet, tender, tired, unsettled or something else?

Was there a small moment of warmth, desire, curiosity or connection?

What, if anything, felt alive in you, even briefly?

Tonight, the path begins to rise. Life Force is not something you must earn or force into being. It is what still wants to move through you: desire, vitality, creativity, connection. Sexual energy, too, can be felt without shame, suppressed or immediately discharged.
Let it belong to your whole life.
